This Refund Policy explains how refunds are handled for purchases made through FreightFrame.

1. Role of Creators

Creators are the merchant of record for their sales. Refunds for digital products are generally managed by creators directly through Stripe or other payment processors.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds may be limited or unavailable once content has been accessed or downloaded. Creators may set their own refund policies, which should be clearly disclosed on product pages.

3. Platform Intervention

FreightFrame may intervene in cases of fraud, abuse, or clear platform violations. We may suspend accounts or restrict access where necessary, but we do not guarantee refunds for any transaction.

4. Disputes & Chargebacks

Disputes and chargebacks are processed by Stripe or other payment processors under their own policies. Excessive disputes or chargebacks may result in account review or suspension.

5. Contact

Buyers should contact creators first regarding refunds. If you believe there is fraud, abuse, or a platform violation, you may contact FreightFrame with details of the transaction.
