If a creator believes their content was removed in error, they may submit a counter‑notice that complies with DMCA requirements. We may restore content if the counter‑notice is valid and no legal action is initiated within the required timeframe.
4. Abuse of DMCA Process
Submitting fraudulent or bad‑faith DMCA notices or counter‑notices may result in account suspension and potential legal consequences.
