Terms of Service
Last updated: 6/22/2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FreightFrame platform (“FreightFrame”, “we”, “us”, “our”), including any websites, dashboards, APIs, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts & Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use FreightFrame. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
2. Role of FreightFrame
FreightFrame provides tools for creators to list, sell, and deliver digital products. Creators are the merchant of record for their sales. Payment processing and payouts are handled by Stripe or other third‑party payment processors, subject to their own terms and policies.
3. Creator Responsibilities
Creators are solely responsible for the content they upload, the products they sell, and their compliance with applicable laws, including intellectual property, consumer protection, tax, and privacy laws. Creators must provide accurate product descriptions, honor refund policies, and respond to buyer support requests in a timely manner.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use FreightFrame to distribute illegal content, malware, hate or harassment, or content that infringes intellectual property rights. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms or our policies.
5. Fees & Payments
Subscription fees, platform fees, and transaction fees may apply to your use of FreightFrame. Fees are disclosed at the time of subscription or checkout. Stripe or other payment processors may charge additional fees under their own terms.
6. Refunds & Disputes
Refunds are generally handled by creators directly through Stripe or other payment processors. FreightFrame may intervene in cases of fraud, abuse, or platform violations, but does not guarantee refunds for any transaction.
7. Intellectual Property
FreightFrame owns all rights in the platform, including software, branding, and design. Creators retain rights in their own content but grant FreightFrame a limited license to host, display, and deliver that content as part of the Service.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FreightFrame is not liable for lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid to FreightFrame in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
